    Location

Small rooms, small beds, lukewarm showers, €50 deposit required upon arrival should have been made aware of this when booking

Excellent central location, friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms. Great hotel, would defiitely stay again.

Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in room but not such a problem as it can be bought in the hotel bar or restaurant and taken to the room.

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean.

The beds constantly move on the tiles. No tea making facilities. The credit card deposit of €150 or cash deposit of €100 is a major drawback.

Really friendly saff! The very central location makes it very easy to sightseeing!

The room was used to be a bigger room and that is very clear. Therefore the Walls were fake and I could hear all the noise of the other room. They were very noisy, anyway.

blooms hotel is ideally situated for a weekend trip to temple bar we did enjoy the vat bar and its music

look if you want to stay in a five star hotel there are plenty but you will pay for them . on the other hand if you want to enjoy Dublin and throw your head down on a clean bed at the end of the night then this will do you pay for what you get and this is 2 star

Only that it was close to where we wanted to be in Dublin and offered free wifi

Breakfast - appalling! Drunken crowds hanging around the front door at nights. Very dirty looking stained carpets. Overall needs a very good upgrade!

Hotel was central, walking distance to every landmark. Staff were extermely friendly.

From approx 10am on the morning of checkout, housekeeping continued to knock on room door. I found this very rude as check out time was midday. I don’t often get a chance to lie in, and this opportunity was disrupted. So parts of hotel at dated decor.

Great hotel I always book here for Dublin because it's right in the middle of where you want to be! Rooms are nice, fresh and clean and a good size.

Cleanliness of the rooms, friendliness of the staff and the location of the hotel

lack ot tea/coffee making facilities in the room

The on site bar (vat Room?) and in particular the free welcome drinks provided. The location right in Temple Bar whilst would obviously not appeal to all was ideal for our trip.

Bathroom light was faulty but no big deal. Outlook from most of the rooms is not great but we knew that when booking.

How central it was. The staff couldn't be more helpful & freindly. Would stay again, Plus the Bar is nice.

The room wasn't the cleanest, but it would do for the short stay we had, But I am very Fussy.

The staff in the hotel were very helpful as were the bar staff. It was central to everything and really great value for money-perfect if you want to stay somewhere central in town for a night like I did. I stayed here years ago and the hotel rooms look completely different now. The rooms were perfect, nicer than much more expensive hotels in Dublin.

Very clean, all the staff were very friendly, absolutely perfect location for people wanting to see all areas of Dublin city centre. We arrived at about 10am and were able to check in which was a huge plus for us as we had been up since 3am for our flight. The rooms are very tidy and the plus of having a balcony was brilliant.

When we arrived we were asked to pay 130euros for our room but when we originally booked it, we thought we had completed the payment but apparently not. Also, taking 50euros straight out of my bank account was very annoying. There is no indication of this on the website and it has caused me to go overdrawn and charged £25 by my bank. The majority of hotels would take the card details and subtract the 50euros if they felt we had damaged the room etc, not take it out and then replace it. Very disappointed with that part.
