Rating by category:
Yes the room lacked character, it felt empty and there were stains on the floor and the curtains and the bed linen was not ironed, the bathroom needed shower gel/shampoo. It took over 20min to get an iron from reception. Upon arrival I asked to pay by laser but the receptionist felt this was to much effort so I paid by credit card! The beds were comfortable and the room cosy. Access to the room felt safe.
Staff, stains on the floor, bathroom facilities.
Perfect location for city break absolutly central good clean rooms good facilitys
stayed on a friday nite ...... reception staff were really friendly and out of this world....... a smile and a laugh means a lot .. and she had it all....hotel is great rooms basic but nice ..... bar had great music and friendly staff too ... great time there ....
The location is central and the price was great value
Location was perfect right around corner from Temple Bar
rooms were small and i was assigned wrong room and went into a room already occupied. Staff corrected mistake but did not seem to care
Excellent location. Pub Ok.
Ouite noisy, especially on the weekends. But so is the hole Temple Bar. ;)
shopping and sight seeing
Ideal location close to city center, good value
there was no tea/coffee facilities in bedrooms
it is well placed to reach all major tourist attraction by walk and shopping streets as well, and just 30seconds walk to the famous temple bar street, good night life, having good food and many good beers.
great location nad friendly staff
its a great location near to all the restaurants/bars and shops - great staff always very friendly and hotel is very clean
not being able to check in until 3pm when you are only there for a weekend
Was told to expect some noise from nightclub but did not expect To feel like i was sleeping in the middle of it!!!We could name every song being played and hear every word from the people queing outside.
When checking in the reception staff did not tell us anything of the facilities in the hotel or wish us a pleasant stay, they barely made eye contact. We were never asked when checking out if everything was ok , they could smile , also I had parked nearby and was asked by the carpark to have the ticket stamped, the receptionist repeatedly told me they did not have an agreement with that capark, eventually a supervisor came out from the back and stamped the ticket , I got an €11 discount from the carpark for an overnight stay which only cost me €20 ... they have alot to learn about customer service , while the hotels location is excellent it felt very impersonal
